We our extremely confident in our products and they are all tested for quality, safety and durability prior to being put on sale. However we are aware that from time to time things can go wrong so all of our products come with a minimum 12 month warranty for any manufacturer defects.
To claim on the warranty you will need to email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
- Your full name
- Date of purchase
- Full Address
- Copy of purchase invoice or receipt with valid order number
- Detailed description of the issue you have
Dependant on the product and/or type of fault we may ask you to send the product to our head office for us to inspect the fault prior to issuing a replacement where we feel more investigation is required and our turnaround time is 10 working days from receipt of the product from you.
